The VHF Radio Course, Restricted Operator Certificate (Maritime), also referred to as ROC(M), is a two-evening course that will be offered this year April 25 and 26, at Lakeland, beside the Hospital in Parry Sound, from 6:30 to 9:00.

This complete course with CD, includes work with Digital Selective Calling. This course will prepare you for the Restricted Operator Certificate (Maritime) and includes the DSC Endorsement exam which is given on the second evening.

To operate a maritime radio, you need this certificate. It is the law! This Maritime Radio course teaches emergency radio procedures, as well as everyday operating techniques.
